Resources

Some information and recordings from this year’s festival are still available to view, please see below:

  • Second Tree – Refugees Are People a successful approach to community engagement in refugee camps in Northern Greece.

  • The UWE/ BRAC (Bristol Refugee Artist Collective) Belonging Exhibition is running online for the rest of the year. There is some incredible art work here, please do take a look and share! BRAC has just launched a new website, which looks great too: https://bristolrefugeeartistscollective.weebly.com/
  • For further information on the other events from the programme https://www.facebook.com/BristolRefugeeFestival/events/

Our larger Celebrating Sanctuary event was run a bit differently again this year as we worked on smaller get- togethers for Celebrating Sanctuary Local. #celebratingsanctuarylocal.

Please do take a look at our Celebrating Sanctuary Local Toolkit

We also created a Celebrating Sanctuary Toolkit for Schools with some suggestions of fun classroom activities you could build in around the festival and National Refugee Week.
