Freelance Producer — Refugee Leadership Development Programme

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Freelance Producer to lead on our new Refugee Leadership Development Programme. The programme will support seven refugees in Bristol to develop skills in leadership, event production and community development within the arts and culture sector. The Freelance Producer will coordinate the programme and support participants from recruitment and orientation through to event delivery and evaluation.

Contract period: December 2026 – July 2027

Lived Experience Ambassadors (voluntary role)

Our ambassadors are a integral part of our organisation representing both the organisation and the wider Bristol refugee community, assisting the engagement team to involve refugee and asylum seekers in the festival activities and being a voice for refugees and asylum seekers in the city.
