Home Truths Exhibition by Willow Park School

As a School of Sanctuary, Willow Park Primary is privileged to provide a trauma-informed introduction to education in the UK for our large community of refugee and asylum seeking pupils.

Our event is a community project involving our asylum seeking and refugee families as well as our Bristol born and other migrant families. Our exhibition is the culmination of a community event where children have explored the concept of HOME and responded imaginatively reflecting on their own experiences of safety, loss, migration and sanctuary.
