Festival 2027 Networking Meeting

Calling community groups, organisations, refugee sector colleagues and individuals interested in being part of next year’s Refugee Festival!

Date: 19th of November 2026

Time: 1.00 p.m – 3.00 p.m

Location: Trinity Centre

Join us as we begin shaping next year’s celebration of sanctuary, community, and creativity. 2027 is a particularly exciting year as it’s Bristol Refugee Festival’s 10 year anniversary!

This meeting is open to anyone interested in sharing feedback from this year, contributing ideas or being involved in next year’s festival. We’ll discuss initial theme ideas and dates, explore opportunities for collaboration, and set out the next steps for planning and co-producing inclusive events.

This is also a wonderful opportunity to connect with other community members who are dedicated to collaboration and inclusivity.

An agenda will be sent out closer to the time. Doors open 12.30.

Door open: 12.30

Main meeting: 1 – 3pm

Networking: 3 – 3.30pm

We particularly welcome people with lived experience of displacement and seeking asylum. Please share with any networks or colleagues who you feel may be interested in this event.
