Office & Programme Coordinator
Bristol Refugee Festival is seeking a proactive, well‑organised administrator with an interest in arts and culture and a commitment to supporting marginalised communities. In this role, you’ll work alongside the Head of Programme and Operations to help deliver our annual programme and ensure the smooth day‑to‑day running of the organisation.
Job Title: Office & Programme Coordinator
Salary: £26,000 FTE pro rata (£15,600 per year)
Hours: 21 hours per week (based on a 35‑hour week)
Contract: 6‑month fixed term (extension subject to funding)
Location: Docklands Community Centre, St Pauls, Bristol
Annual Leave: 30 days pro rata (18 days)
Benefits: Workplace pension and flexible working hours

Lived Experience Ambassadors (voluntary role)
Our ambassadors are a integral part of our organisation representing both the organisation and the wider Bristol refugee community, assisting the engagement team to involve refugee and asylum seekers in the festival activities and being a voice for refugees and asylum seekers in the city. If you have lived experience of the asylum process and would like to be an ambassador, please contact us for more details.
